Join our team as the Housing & Homelessness Coordinator and play a key role in the development, implementation, and ongoing operations of collaborative, community-wide strategies to address homelessness. In this pivotal role, you'll manage federal Reaching Home program funds, support local service providers, and coordinate community-wide efforts to ensure vulnerable residents have access to safe, stable housing. This position combines project management, community outreach, and policy implementation offering space for innovation and creative problem-solving.
